His task is also to provide suggestions for improving the installation process, implementing the management's decisions related to project changes, and monthly evaluating his team's work. Experienced elevator assembler is a person with very good knowledge of elevator mechanics and technical features of electric motors. knowledge of electrical installations and the rules and standards for the installation and protection of electrical installations in building facilities. It is necessary to know the structural elements of the plant, the design of building structures, knowledge of English or German and minimum 3 years of work experience in the same work.

Beginner elevator assembler is a person who performs elevator installation work. A person must have the basic skills of any technical direction as well as initial knowledge of tool handling and reading of technical drawings. Additional training for elevator installers will be taken by Simplex. The job will be performed in the EU countries.

A welder is a person who performs different welding processes and techniques. The tasks of the welder are to weld the circuits with MIG / MAG, TIG and REL procedures, keep a log of the welds and perform the procedures in accordance with the relevant standards (EN 1090, ISO EN 3834).
