ALTER WALL 10 – 32

Simplex was participating in the complete reconstruction and construction of the Alter Wall building 10-32 with the installation of 5 lifts. Alter Wall building is in the center of Hamburg, and it's a combination of the building made up of the renovated historical facade and a modern center made of glass and steel. The complex consists of a shopping center of 12,000 square meters, office space of 18,000 and a museum of 3,000 square meters. Alter Wall Hamburg is a part of a new boulevard with promenades, offices, restaurants and museum along with five neighboring buildings dating from 1900. The construction was performed by a consortium of German companies led the designers' GMP - Gerkan, Marg and Partners. "
