Elevators installation, 2018-2019

Simplex installed 8 elevators with different performances ranging from 5 to 20 stops into a contemporary building located in HafenCity, the new urban district of Hamburg. It is an architectural solution of Richard Meier & Partners Architects, world-renowned authors of the famous Charles Street and Perry Street skyscrapers in New York, creators of more than 300 projects, 20 museums on 4 continents. The building of a unique design that meets the urban requirements of the HafenCity District still provides a new perspective on construction. The building consists of 7 floors for offices, 16 floors for apartments with 66 luxury and unique apartments and two penthouses. The entire floor of new building is head office of Engel & Völkers.

HEKLA TOWER
PARIS, FRANCE

A new big challenge for the Simplex team. In the 220-meter-tall Hekla Tower in Paris, we are installing the Shaft Climber type elevators. An innovative system designed for use in the construction phase of high-rise buildings that grows with the building. The elevator is used in phases, while at the same time it continues to rise as the building enters a further construction phase.

ALTER WALL 10 – 32
HAMBURG, GERMANY

Simplex was participating in the complete reconstruction and construction of the Alter Wall building 10-32 with the installation of 5 lifts. Alter Wall building is in the center of Hamburg, and it's a combination of the building made up of the renovated historical facade and a modern center made of glass and steel.
