Elevators installation, 2017-2020

Simpex was involved with installing 23 elevators of different profile in the business project "1 Bank Street" in the London financial center. It is a 8 "high-rise", 8 "mid-rise, 2" low-rise "and 2 heavy elevators load to 3,000 kg. "1 Street Bank" is a new business building of 145 meters height, with 27 floors, with a total area of 65 000 m² in the London Business District - Canary Warf. Contemporary design embedded in the business environment is the work of world-renowned architect Kohn Pederson Fox.

ALTO TOWER
PARIS, FRANCE

From november 2018 till summer 2020 our team has completed the elevator installation in the new skyscraper Alto Tower in the Paris business district of La Défense. In 150 meters high building with 38 floors and 51 000 square meters we installed 8 elevators with 37 and 39 stops.

SKYSCRAPER "SCALPEL"

In London's business skyscraper, Simplex has done the installation project of 10 elevators from 14 to 39 stops. 52 Lime Street, known as "Scalpel", is a 36-floor building that will provide 37,000 sqm of business space, shopping center and restaurants.
