Elevators installation, 2021 - in progress

January, 2021 we have opened a new construction site located in the southwest region of Casablanca in the heart of Casablanca Finance City, the Tour BCP project consists of the construction of the new headquarters of the Banque Centrale Populaire. The 27-storey high-rise tower with 7 high-rise elevators in the 23,957 m2. Simplex is having a new business challenge installing elevators with a load capacity of 1000 to 1275 kilograms from 8 to 32 floors up to 113 meters high.

PARK INN HOTEL
BERLIN, GERMANY

We contracted another elevator installation project in Berlin. The Simplex is installing 11 high-rise elevators in the Park Inn Hotel, the second-largest hotel complex in Germany and the tallest in Berlin. We are installing elevators with 18 and 21 floors and also high-rise elevators with 38 floors, a speed of 2 meters per second and transport capacity of 26 people.

VINCI HEADQUARTERS
NANTERRE, FRANCE

We participate in the construction of new Vinci headquarters in Nanterre, future district of Groues in Nanterre near Paris. One of the world’s largest construction companies plans to build four office buildings by 2021, including a 100 meters high tower. The project that we contracted includes the installation of modern Skyrise SD elevators from 23 to 26 stops.
